Congratulations Mrs Yamin!

Its a girl!

We’re so happy to share Mrs Yamin’s news – she had a baby girl on Tuesday! Mummy and daughter are both doing very well. Big brother has suggested the name “Pizza” for his new sister!

May Day Bank Holiday is coming up

Although you wouldn’t think it to look at the weather, it is May Day Bank Holiday this weekend!

Bank holiday weekend!

That, of course, means that school is CLOSED on Monday – we’d normally suggest going out and having an extra day of fun, but this time we’ll all be snuggled up indoors out of this snowy sleet. We’re back in school as usual at 8:50am on Tuesday 3rd May. Enjoy the long weekend!

Foundation Stage and Key Stage One getting busy for Moo Peter!

We’re very happy that our local dairy, Lancashire Farms, has asked us to take part in their fun art and crafts competition this April!

All the children in the Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 classes will be exercising their creativity and decorating yogurt tubs. There are special Moo Peter badges to be won – and one lucky winner will get a voucher for £50 of arts and crafts goodies!
